Meet Brynn

Certified Nutrition Counsellor &

Holistic Health Practitioner

I am on a mission to help people bridge the gap between happy and healthy.

By finding that personal balance and confidence with your choices, you are able to live a more joyful and vibrant life.

In 2010 my health was quickly declining.

I exercised regularly, ate well, had an amazing job at Food Network & HGTV Canada.

By 2012, I was burnt out and struggling from chronic migraines, insomnia, digestive issues, depression, and muscle/joint pain.

I was neglecting to nurture certain aspects of my wellness and this was creating so much inflammation.

There are many indicators that tell us if we need more balance in our lives:

  • Mood

  • Energy

  • Pain

  • Digestion

  • Sleep

  • Emotions

  • Connection

  • Weight

When we focus on a well-rounded approach to our health, we achieve optimal wellbeing. 

Now, I'm in my 40's and healthier than ever!

I created TLC Wellness because I am eager to share with you how I was able to improve my health and boost it to new, exciting levels.
