TLC Wellness is Celebrating 3 Years!!!

When I created TLC Wellness my main goal was to help improve people's eating habits and that led me to running a weight loss program.


From there I realized, that most weight issues are connected to digestive issues and poor gut microbiome.


Gut health is the main factor that needs to be managed before our weight can balance out.


The thing is, it can take a good amount of time to improve your gut microbiome depending on many factors that have to be managed either prior to or simultaneously:


  • Daily symptoms

  • Nutrient deficiencies and absorption

  • Illnesses and conditions

  • Sleep problems or insomnia

  • Stress, Anxiety & Depression

  • Mindset & Mindfulness


This can be very challenging to do on your own!





I know lots of people who feel so disheartened that they continue to eat foods they know hurt them and it just exacerbates all of the problems.


Sometimes this seems like you're on an never-ending cycle, unable to get out of the pain and discomfort.


This is why I started TLC Wellness and I'm happy to celebrate 3 years in business!


My journey back to a high-quality of life has been a long one, even with some bumps in the road. The thing is, I'll take a few bumps here and there compared to 5 years of chronic issues that I used to struggle with.


To help you out, I'm in the finishing stages of creating two incredibly important programs.
