Your Gut Microbiome is Connected to... Everything!

Why TLC Wellness Specializes in Digestive Health

Our gut microbiome is so important and yet most of us have gut dysbiosis, which is an imbalance of bacteria in the gut.

After working with many clients over the years, it all came back to gut inflammation.

I would be addressing anxiety by incorporating some mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, but gut inflammation and digestive health issues were also part of the problem.

Assisting clients with weight loss, yes, improving eating habits, eating times, and adding in more movement, but again, the issues would also be resolved by adding in some gut healing.

Even those who knew they were having digestive issues, they would be surprised how much better they felt by removing some of the main inflammatory foods - gluten and dairy (lactose) and incorporating more healing, superfoods.

The thing is, I was only able to help so much, I wanted to offer more.

Now, I am honoured being able to offer Digestive Health Testing, with 1 Month, 4 Months, and 6 Month programs to suit your specific needs.

As I have personally done the test, I have received so much clarity, my symptoms have disappeared and after doing the 4 Month program myself, I am able to eat so many more foods without causing nasty symptoms.

I will be offering up more about this work and how you can start improve your gut microbiome on your own.

Best quick tip? If you're able to handle a high-fibre diet* add in 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed to your salads, smoothies, buddha bowls, etc. every single day and watch your digestive health drastically improve.

I get excellent feedback on this one. Let me know how this works for you!

*Some digestive conditions cannot handle this much fibre. This is not suggested for those with Diverticulitis, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's, etc.
